Job summary

Sundial's Liquor Depot Meadowlark in Calgary is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help customers, process transactions, and keep the store welcoming and well‑organized. You’ll gain product knowledge through hands-on training and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires customer service experience, willingness to obtain ProServe certification if needed, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs while staying active during shifts. Flexible scheduling offered.

• Valid ProServe certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. Your responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
