Job summary

Liquor Depot is hiring a Sales Associate at Liquor Depot Raging Buffalo in Alberta. You will ensure customers have a great experience, keep the store clean and organized, and assist with daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Training provided, with opportunities for growth within SNDL’s Liquor Depot banner. ProServe certification is preferred and lift requirements apply.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
  • Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
  • Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
  • Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Associate to join our team. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
  • Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
  • Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks

What We’re Looking For
