Job summary

Ace Liquor Fort Station is part of SNDL Inc. We are seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver great customer service, manage checkout tasks, and keep the store clean and organized in a fast-paced Alberta location.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, a ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs while assisting customers and supporting team goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. Your responsibilities include:
