Job summary

SNDL’s Ace Liquor Discounter Oxford store is seeking a Sales Associate to join a fast-paced retail team. You’ll help customers with product questions, handle sales at the register, and assist with stock and store presentation.

We provide training, support, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment. ProServe certification is encouraged to enhance responsibilities and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant.
