Job summary

Gexel Telecom International Inc. is seeking a Store and Warehouse Clerk to support fast-paced logistics operations in Ontario. You will receive, check, and organize goods, prepare and ship orders, and maintain clean, efficient store and warehouse areas while using a forklift as needed.

You will deliver hands-on customer service, ensure product presentation and availability, and collaborate with other departments to solve problems and improve processes.

Qualifications

• DES or equivalent required.
• Forklift operator training.
• 2–5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in customer service and store management is an asset.
• Knowledge of the maple syrup industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (ideally SYSPRO) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking and organizing goods.
• Prepare and ship orders; ensure product presentation and availability.

You have the necessary training to perform the role:

• You have a DES or equivalent experience, combined with training as a forklift operator and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have experience in customer service and store management, a major asset for this position.
• Knowledge of the maple syrup industry is an important advantage for providing good customer advice.

You have the essential technical knowledge: You are proficient in ERP systems, ideally SYSPRO, and you are comfortable with the Office suite.
