Job summary

Oliver Peoples, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Montreal to deliver exceptional service, know the product, and build relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.

You will upsell, participate in repairs, maintain a pristine store environment, adhere to brand policies, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a luxury eyewear setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales.
• Must be punctual and reliable; timeliness and dependability are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• A team-player who is collaborative with others, is adaptable, supportive, respectful and open to feedback.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system.
• Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. As an associate, you will be expected to possess an in-depth knowledge of our products, including the latest trends and styles, and provide personalized recommendations to our clientele.

Pay Range:-22.37
