Company Profile:
Shareco Company is the designer, executor, and seller of various natural and synthetic decorative stones, taking pride in our natural and synthetic stone collection. We are looking for a skilled Stonemason to join our team and contribute to our reputation for excellence. The Stonemason will be responsible for shaping, cutting, and laying stones to create structures and decorative pieces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, extensive knowledge of stone types and properties, and proficiency with both traditional and modern masonry techniques.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  1. Cut, shape, and dress stone to specified dimensions using hand tools and power tools.
  2. Construct stone structures including walls, arches, and columns.
  3. Repair and restore historic stone structures, ensuring authenticity and integrity.
  4. Lay out patterns or foundations using a plumb bob, square, or string lines.
  5. Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto a slab or foundation.
  6. Align structures vertically and horizontally using levels and plumb lines.
  7. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  8. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  10. Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment.

Employment Requirements:

  1. Completion of secondary school
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Stonemason or similar role or a combination of experience and training in college or industry courses in bricklaying
  3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  4. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods

Your Skills:

  1. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  2. Good communication and teamwork skills
