Stocking Team Leader

The Stocking Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Stocking Team members and ensuring the store is ready for opening. This team is vital to the operational requirements of the store and enhances our ability to provide the optimum level of customer service on the general sales floor. Although this is not a management position, you should have a desire to advance to management in the future.

This role involves customer contact and requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Key skills include good interpersonal, motivational, delegation, and follow-up skills, along with a willingness to accept responsibility, train others, and monitor work habits. A positive, mature, and professional leadership style, along with a solid understanding of policies and procedures, is essential. Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
