Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with products and services.
• Coordinate daily tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Assess store presentation and request merchandising changes.
• Lead daily team huddle and communicate updates.
• Review schedules with People Lead and adjust coverage.
• Assign associates to maintain store areas.
• Identify training opportunities and coach associates.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and support management.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new associates.
