• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection and resolving issues.
• Promote products/services and help customers locate merchandise to support purchase decisions.
• Support stocking leaders by coordinating tasks and following priorities from coaching staff.
• Lead short team huddles, share updates, and track daily productivity with the team.
• Review schedules with the People Lead and allocate associates to areas needing coverage.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and ensure displays/fixtures are secure.
• Complete GTA/Workday tasks and assist management as needed.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new associates and support performance growth conversations.
• Partner with coaches to support performance reviews and growth discussions.
