Job summary

Walmart Canada in Orillia, ON is seeking a Stocking Associate to support store operations by stocking picks and new merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will greet customers, help locate merchandise, promote products, and ensure accurate signing of items.

Workload is reviewed, fixtures maintained, and backroom prepared for stock unloading; you will assist in CAP/VizPicking, use proper tools, and uphold safety standards.

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
