Job summary

Walmart Canada in Candiac, QC is seeking an Associate to provide customer service by stocking and organizing merchandise in a safe, clean store. You’ll greet customers, assist with products, and help them make purchase decisions while maintaining stock accuracy and shelf integrity.

Responsibilities include reviewing workload, signing merchandise, preparing backroom stock unloading, ensuring proper fixtures and tools, and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
