Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Medicine Hat, AB is hiring an Associate to stock shelves and provide customer service in a safe, clean store environment. You will greet customers, promote products, locate merchandise and assist with purchases while resolving issues when needed.

You will prepare backrooms for stock unloading, review workloads, sign merchandise, maintain shelf integrity and support stock availability with CAP/VizPicking bins, using proper fixtures and tools, following safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting customers and helping with products and purchases.
• Review workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintain modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Handle merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensure proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment per policy and safety logs
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading
