Job summary

Walmart Canada in Powell River, BC, is seeking an associate to provide customer service and support stocking activities in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan duties based on workload and operations, greet customers, locate merchandise, and assist with purchases.

Responsibilities include stocking, signing merchandise, maintaining shelves, supporting the Customer Availability Process, and ensuring displays are secure.

• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary...

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.
