As an Accounting Clerk for our Rental Property Management division based in Red Deer, you will perform the full cycle duties for a busy rental portfolio. With the help of a very experienced accounting management team, you will handle all the duties in your portfolio including rent processing, move in/out paperwork and refunds, management fee payments, monthly owner payments, weekly cheque runs, and monthly bank reconciliations.
You will be working with Property Managers across the province and expect to participate in weekly POD meetings.
