In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring the accuracy of our stock records. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in helping us maintain our high standards and deliver exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure that materials and products are available for production and distribution.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records within our stock management systems.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure that stock movements are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Investigate discrepancies in stock levels and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on inventory performance to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all stock control activities.
  • Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or related roles within the food industry is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
