Oak + Fort in Gastown, Vancouver, is seeking a Stock Associate (Part Time) to support receiving product, inventory management, and replenishment on the sales floor. You will contribute to achieving daily targets through exceptional customer service and by staying informed on new arrivals.

The role emphasizes brand embodiment, accurate cash desk procedures, and collaboration with the team to maintain visual merchandising and store operations.

What You’ll Do:

As the Stock Associate, you will support with receiving product, inventory management and ensuring stock levels are replenished on the sales floor. You will support hitting daily targets by achieving personal sales goals through customer service that aligns with company concepts and culture to drive maximum profitability and compliance with company goals and priorities.

What You’re Responsible For:

• Provide exceptional client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales Culture
• Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise
• Process cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy

Store Functionality

• Participate in execution of floor management as needed
• Utilize stock management knowledge to communicate product sales trends
• Participate in stock room set-up and organization
• Ensure the right quantity of stock is in the right place at the right time
• Maintain proper presentation of merchandise in accordance with corporate directives
• Efficiently and accurately support with shipping and receiving of merchandise
• Perform inventory counts upon corporate office direction
• Support cleanliness and maintenance of physical store to create a safe and comfortable shopping experience
• Adhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theft
