Overview

Responsibilities

• Process store merchandise for the selling floor; replenish floor stock and provide product knowledge to guests.


• Partner with the Stock Coordinator to manage daily stockroom operations; maintain clean, organized shipping and receiving areas.


• Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.


• Actively participate in store‑related meetings, generate reports, and communicate inventory‑related inquiries or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.


• Organized and efficient, with strong communication skills and proficiency with numbers.


• Natural collaborator with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.


• High school diploma or GED.


• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.


• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and ladder climbing.


• Routine standing for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours).


• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation

Rate Range: $15.00 or minimum wage up to $22.00 per hour.
