Responsibilities

• Audit culinary requisitions and purchase orders on arrival to verify order accuracy and correct volumes.
• Maintain safety protocols in warehouse and kitchen areas.
• Educate themselves on products to ensure quality for fans and teams.
• Receive and store deliveries; rotate stock per FIFO and maintain temperature controls.
• Maintain daily Purchase Order accuracy and report shorts to the chef team.
• Follow food safety and HACCP/hand-washing procedures; hold Food Handler certification.

You will support the Food and Beverage Team by delivering orders to the right locations, and aiding in properly putting away the deliveries and assessing the quality of product being delivered.
