Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures all outlets and kitchens are clean and sanitized.
  • Cleans hoods, vents and action stations.
  • Cleans ceilings, grills, ovens and woks.
  • Power washes floors.
  • Sweeps & mops all walk-in coolers.
  • Sweeps & mops dining room floor.
  • Checks and cleans all drains.
  • Wipes off water marks on stainless steel, glass and cooking equipment.
• Team player, communicates professionally.
• Lives the Brand.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Performs duties which require bending & reaching.
• Lifting & transporting up to 50-pound containers, dish racks, and trashcans.
• Standing or moving, for up to 8+ hours.
• Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
• Maintains a well-groomed appearance.
• Follows all uniform guidelines.
• Practices all general safety & sanitation standards.
• Remains calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrates a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency.
• Displays a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Able to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
• Able to work evening shifts.

SKILLS

• Must possess strong listening skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.

Working Conditions

• Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, excessive noise.
