A leading aviation service provider in the Vancouver area is seeking support personnel to ensure high levels of customer service at the airport. The role involves maintaining communication with flight crews, monitoring forecasts, and assisting in operational duties. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong English communication skills, and experience in customer service. Experience in an airline environment is preferred. This position involves shift work.
Purpose of Position: To provide Support Services to the airport as it relates to the day to day operation to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
It should be noted that this position involves shift work and prolonged sitting.
Note: Bilingualism (English and French) is required to work in Montreal.
