Responsibilities

  • Work with the Regional Operations Manager to set operational goals, measure, and report results in a timely manner.
  • Plan, direct, and implement station operations and administrative support to meet productivity and service goals.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), budgets, and forecasts. Monitor results and adjust operations as needed.
  • Ensure payroll is accurately approved and submitted on time.
  • Provide leadership, support, coaching, and direction to the team to achieve objectives.
  • Create an excellent employee experience and align efforts with the company's vision, mission, and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures at the station.
  • Monitor, coach, develop, recognize, and evaluate direct reports; address performance issues and resolve problems.
  • Lead the team in delivering high-quality customer service internally and externally, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture prioritizing health and safety.
Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced logistics environment and team management.
  • Proven leadership skills to guide a team ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence.
