Station 7 is a youth center offering programs for youth aged 11-25. We are a community of faith, hope, and love equipping youth to discover who they are meant to be.

Position Overview

The Station 7 Program Coordinator is responsible for planning and ensuring all programming objectives are met at the Station 7 ministry site. This includes:

1. Establishing objectives, needs, curriculum, registration, procedures, and reporting for each program.
2. Ensuring communication needs for participants are met within all programs led.
3. Establishing and maintaining communication with program volunteers.
4. Assisting in the promotion of the Station 7 Centre to schools, supporting churches, and the greater public community.
5. Assisting in the recruitment and integration of volunteers or other stakeholders into the programs and ministry of Station 7.

Qualifications

1. A committed follower of Jesus.
2. A degree or specialty in youth work, or related work experience.
3. Good organizational abilities, including verbal and written communication skills.
4. Called to the mission of reaching the youth of Quebec with the gospel.
5. Creative, adventurous, reliable, autonomous, and able to work as a member of a team, both leading and following as required.
