About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Startup Manager to join our startup factory at Sky Inoventure Inc. This is a co-founding role, where you'll take on responsibilities similar to a CEO of a startup, within our factory's matrix structure. You will oversee all aspects of product and project management, focusing on building and scaling the startup. Successful KPIs over two years could lead to a future role as CEO or a senior director after spin-off.

This position is equity-based or percentage-based, depending on negotiations. Compensation is in co-founder equity, options, or a percentage of revenue or profit, contingent on meeting specific KPIs. Our startup factory invests approximately $120K per startup, aiming for a valuation of over $10M by year two.

Main Goal of this Role:

1. Product and Project Management: Oversee all development stages from ideation to scaling.
2. Startup Leadership: Lead the startup to meet KPIs and manage operations.
3. KPI Achievement: Drive performance to meet revenue, product, and market targets.
4. Co-founder Opportunity: Transition to CEO or senior role after meeting KPIs.
5. Growth Strategy: Use growth hacking to scale marketing rapidly and efficiently.
6. Grant Applications: Secure grants and ensure compliance.
7. Business Analysis: Analyze processes and develop documentation.
8. AI Agent Development: Use AI tools for company tasks.
9. Resource Management: Manage human, financial, and technological resources.
10. Other tasks related to project and company management.

Key Responsibilities:

Resource Management:

• Manage resources per the business plan and report progress.

Business Strategy and Operations:

• Develop and adapt business models and plans.

Marketing and Business Plan Execution:

• Implement marketing and growth strategies, including digital marketing and branding.

Growth Hacking & Startup Marketing:

• Apply innovative techniques for customer acquisition and retention.

Investor Relations:

• Create pitch decks, network with investors, and manage fundraising.

Product Management:

• Drive MVP development and market fit testing.

Collaboration:

• Work with operations to meet startup goals and prepare for spin-off.
