Department: Install - North York

Location: North York

Rate of Pay: Range 2 as per the Collective Agreement

Hours of Work: 40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday with rotational shifts and standby on Sundays and Holidays.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Service Parts Manager/Supervisor, this role manages daily staging of installations and accurate inventory accounting using the GERS system.

Responsibilities

• Order parts, equipment, and supplies for Home Services
• Receive and return parts/equipment, including rentals
• Manage inventory through system reports, including staging for pickup
• Assist with inventory counts and recycling
• Pickup and deliver parts/equipment as needed
• Operate forklift and clamp truck
• Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness, including snow removal
• Travel occasionally and work at other locations
• Be available for standby in emergencies
• Work independently or with minimal supervision to ensure coverage during operating hours

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Organizational skills and PC experience (Excel)
• Valid Driver’s license with clean abstract and Forklift license
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Experience with Clarify & GERS systems preferred
• Maintain necessary licenses
• Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent worker with high performance drive
