Are you passionate about storytelling and engaging audiences? Coveo is looking for an intern to join our public relations team. Your mission? Create content that resonates with our clients, whether they are potential customers or Coveo employees.

Our public relations team plays a vital role in promoting Coveo. By fostering authentic and strategic interactions, it helps increase our brand awareness and highlight the power of our product in the market. As an intern, you will actively participate in this effort. Your contribution will directly help amplify Coveo's unique voice, strengthen our media presence, and build lasting relationships with our key audiences.

Your Daily Impact

  1. Create compelling content aligned with the brand for LinkedIn, showcasing company achievements, thought leadership, and executive perspectives.
  2. Coordinate the social media content calendar to align with marketing campaigns and key company milestones.
  3. Identify and monitor award opportunities that match the company's strengths and strategic goals, maintaining an organized submission calendar.
  4. Assist in creating award submissions by writing compelling stories, editing for clarity and impact, and ensuring brand alignment.
  5. Support the development and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements, and press releases, contributing to consistent communication and employee engagement.

Essential Requirements

  1. You are currently studying marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field in a bachelor’s program or higher in Quebec.
  2. You can be present in the office at least two days a week. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility; in-office days allow face-to-face learning with your team, while remote days enable focused work on complex tasks.
  3. You are available for full-time work for 15 weeks and legally authorized to work in Canada.

  5. You are naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions to deepen your understanding!
