Job summary

Autodesk Canada invites enthusiastic computer science and software engineering students to join our 2027 Canada Internship Program in Montreal for 16 weeks from January 4 to April 23.

All internships are paid and you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, participate in tech talks, and gain hands-on experience across web technologies and cloud deployment in a creative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing web-based applications (React, JS, Redux, Jest, CSS, Node.js, Rails, Go, Postgres, GraphQL).
• Interest in Cloud Deployment Technologies such as AWS in a creative environment.
• Strong communication and willingness to present ideas to a group.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member developing features delivering real-time experiences and workflows.
• Participate in iterative design, testing and development sprints to refine the product.

Le groupe Interactive Graphics, Media & Entertainment (IME) est composé d'une gamme de logiciels utilisés par des milliers de créateur.ices et d'artistes de l'industrie des médias et du divertissement, tels que Maya, 3ds Max, Flame et FlowPT. Il s'agit d'une excellente occasion d'acquérir une expérience de développement de première ligne dans un environnement stimulant. Tu travailleras avec une équipe de professionnel.les qui te guideront et partageront leur expertise dans ce domaine passionnant et important du développement de logiciels. Tu pourras acquérir de nouvelles compétences précieuses qui te permettront de faire avancer ta carrière. Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'un poste hybride pour l'hiver 2027 (période de travail de janvier à avril 2027).

Tu Seras

• Un.e membre actif.ve de notre équipe qui développe des fonctionnalités permettant d'offrir à nos clients la meilleure expérience en temps réel et les meilleurs flux de travail en utilisant les dernières technologies.
• Inclus.e aux sprints itératifs de conception, de test et de développement pour affiner la solution produit.

Tu As/es

• Actuellement inscrit.e à un diplôme en informatique, en génie logiciel ou en génie informatique avec une moyenne cumulative d'au moins 3,50 et tu es en deuxième année ou + de ton cheminement.
• De l'expérience dans le développement d'applications web (ex : React, JS, Redux, Jest, CSS, Node.js, Ruby On Rails, Go, Postgres, Graphql)
• Un fort intérêt pour les technologies de déploiement en nuage comme Amazon Web Services dans un milieu créatif
• Un fort souhait de travailler avec les autres, tu communiques bien et tu es prêt à présenter tes idées devant un groupe.

Qualifications Souhaitées

• Technologies web full-stack (React, Ruby On Rails, Java, Python)
• Expérience des bases de données no-sql (par exemple DynamoDB)
• Intérêt pour l'infographie et les moteurs de jeu

Le programme 2027 au Canada dure 16 semaines (du 4 janvier au 23 avril). Tous les stages sont rémunérés. En tant que stagiaire, vous contribuerez à des projets significatifs, serez encadré par des leaders du secteur, participerez à des conférences techniques et à d'autres activités conçues pour soutenir votre développement personnel et professionnel. You Will

You Have

• Currently pursuing your degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 and in your second year and +
• Experience developing web-based applications (ex: React, JS, Redux, Jest, CSS, Node.js, Ruby On Rails, Go, Postgres, Graphql)
• Interest in Cloud Deployment Technologies like Amazon Web Services
• Enjoy working with new technologies in a creative environment
• You like to work with others, you communicate well and are ok with presenting your ideas in front of a group

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-stack web technologies (React, Ruby On Rails, Java, Python)
• Exposure to no-sql database (eg DynamoDB)
• Interest in Computer Graphics / Game Engine
