Job summary

Autodesk Canada Intern Program is a winter internship (January–April 2027) for students in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering. You’ll contribute to web-based features, work in a collaborative team, and gain hands-on experience with modern cloud and graphics technologies.

The program supports flexibility in office, remote and hybrid work arrangements, with mentorship from industry leaders and opportunities to grow technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing degree in CS/Software/CE with GPA ≥3.50.
• Experience developing web-based applications (React, JS, Redux, Jest, CSS, Node.js, Rails, Go, Postgres, Graphql).
• Interest in Cloud Deployment Technologies (AWS).
• Strong communication and teamwork; comfortable presenting ideas.

You Will:

• Be an active member of our team developing features helping provide the best real-time experience and workflows for our customers using the latest in technology
• Participate in iterative design, testing and development sprints to refine the product solution

You Have:

• Currently pursuing your degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 and in your second year and +
• Experience developing web-based applications (ex: React, JS, Redux, Jest, CSS, Node.js, Ruby On Rails, Go, Postgres, Graphql)
• Interest in Cloud Deployment Technologies like Amazon Web Services
• Enjoy working with new technologies in a creative environment
• You like to work with others, you communicate well and are ok with presenting your ideas in front of a group

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-stack web technologies (React, Ruby On Rails, Java, Python)
• Exposure to no-sql database (eg DynamoDB)
• Interest in Computer Graphics / Game Engine
