Job summary

OPAL-RT Technologies in Montreal invites a Stagiaire, assemblage mécanique et électrique, to join the production team. The role covers assembling electrical and mechanical systems (PCs, simulators) and reading electronic/mechanical drawings with self-learning on diverse real-time simulation projects.

Ideal candidates have DEP credentials in aeronautics cabling or electromechanics, strong manual dexterity, and good autonomy, plus basic English skills for manuals.

Qualifications

• Education: DEP in cable and circuit assembly in aeronautics or DEP in electromechanics.
• French required; intermediate English; manuals available only in English.
• Strong manual dexterity, rigor and determination, autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electrical systems.
• Solder and mount various electronic components to precise points on circuit boards.
• Fabricate, install and adjust components, wiring and clamps to assemblies using hand tools.
• Read and interpret electronic and mechanical drawings.
