Job summary

AAA-Canada is seeking meticulous and passionate Mechanical Assemblers for their innovative light aviation project at Saint-Hubert Airport, Quebec. You will contribute to the manufacture of high-precision components for next-generation electric propulsion technology. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical or structural assembly, ideally in a technology or aerospace sector.
• Good understanding of production instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit mechanical sub‑assemblies according to technical drawings and internal procedures.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools to carry out assembly operations.
• Perform basic visual inspections: alignment, appearance, marking.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams.
• Identify non‑conformities and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Skills

Knowledge of fastening processes (rivets, bolts, etc.)

Ability to read technical drawings

Ability to perform basic visual inspections with precision
