We are looking for unique and driven students to be a part of our Next Generation Leaders (NGL) summer internship program. If you’re seeking a rewarding summer internship experience and would like to be part of a dynamic team that will allow you to learn, grow, and share your knowledge, we’re looking for someone like you!

During your internship, you will be involved in the development, planning and implementation of process improvements to the Deviation and Complaints investigation processes, with a particular focus on the quality and efficiency of documentation. The improvements will be LEAN in nature, and in-line with Operational Quality and Conformity requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate process-mapping activities
  • Prepare mock-up and prototype documentation
  • Present and pitch solutions
  • Participate in, support and track implementation

Skills, knowledge and abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Capacity to simultaneously manage several projects
  • Autonomous and team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Eligibility Criteria and Documents Required for the NGL Program:
  • You must have at least completed 2 years of your university schooling by the summer of 2025
  • Be available full time from May 5th until August 15th for your internship
  • You must include in ONE (1) document the following:
  • Your CV (maximum 2 pages) - Please indicate your expected graduation date.
  • Answers to the following questions instead of a cover letter, to be submitted via our application platform:
    a) During your experience at university, describe a time when you demonstrated your leadership skills.
    b) Give an example of a situation where you had to prioritize the goals of your team rather than your personal goals.
    c) Please indicate if you are part of a credited internship program.

Typical Week of an NGL:

Mondays to Thursdays: You will be working in your respective department related to your field of study.

Fridays: You will be assigned to a corporate project developed by senior management on which you will work with other NGLs and present it at the end of your internship to our executive team.
