Job summary

GIRO Inc. is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition intern to support the recruitment process for permanent roles and internships. You will learn with colleagues who guide your skill development, from needs assessment to candidate outreach, contributing to a positive candidate experience.

You will bring ideas to improve practices, participate in university outreach, and help create content to promote our career opportunities and work environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, IR, admin with HR focus, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and candidate experience.
• Demonstrates rigor, organization, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of recruitment.
• Assist managers to understand roles and profiles to fill.
• Publish job postings on relevant platforms.
• Review applications and pre-screen using our ATS.
• Support candidate searches on social networks and recruitment tools.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and teams.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure data quality.
