About the Role

The Stage Experience Lead - Full Time is responsible for overseeing all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, which may include Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare, or a combination of these areas. The role focuses on ensuring the team executes Sephora’s selling model and provides outstanding client service to meet and exceed company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Experience: Ensure all team members properly execute Sephora’s selling model. Respond promptly to client feedback and collaborate with the manager to address client-related issues via feedback tools or direct communication.
  2. Embracing Innovation: Support training in Client Interactive Technology for all team members.
  3. Event Management: Assist in planning and executing in-store events that support store goals and meet client needs.
  4. Performance Assessment & Development: Monitor and coach team members on performance, providing timely feedback and participating in regular check-ins.
  5. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Maintain a strong understanding of sales performance and identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • One to three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven ability to attract and develop talented store leaders and drive sales and client service.
