Role Overview

As the Manager, Client Services & Experience, you will oversee sales experience, services, classes, and events at a Sephora store. You will develop the Beauty Advisors and Paid Services Beauty Advisor teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional client service across departments and achieve company objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Training & Development: Conduct training for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitate Welcome to Sephora and Sephora 101 sessions.
  • Client Focus: Respond promptly to client feedback via Medallia, hotline, or direct feedback. Act as the Client Experience Lead and engage with clients and Beauty Advisors on-stage.
  • Talent Management: Communicate hiring needs, participate in hiring processes, and utilize the My Sephora Career system for sourcing and onboarding.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Align store goals with team efforts, identify opportunities, and stay informed on trends.
  • Employee Engagement: Demonstrate Sephora values including Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
