Position Details

Are you a dynamic financial professional with emerging expertise in planning? Do you enjoy helping planners and clients reach highly personalized financial goals? Do you thrive in providing daily support and handling special requests following technical processes and procedures? Apply for the Financial Planning Delivery Excellence Intern position.

In this role, you will provide high-level sales and service support to TD Wealth Financial Planners, including progress reviews, client contact, and business expansion. Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client and financial planner requests with timely options and solutions, respecting policies and processes.
  • Managing operations and activities with medium to high risk, requiring expert knowledge of products, processes, or systems.
  • Supporting account openings, transfers, electronic forms, and other administrative and transactional requests accurately and promptly, providing advice as needed.
  • Supporting financial planners in sales by identifying growth opportunities and communicating with potential clients.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to identify and resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Creating positive interactions and continuously seeking ways to improve sales and service.
  • Actively participating as a team member and promoting a positive, service-oriented work environment.
