Position Overview:

This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary each week. Shifts are usually in the evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled. Must be able to work all event days/evenings when needed. This position requires the ability to work past midnight for most events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm employees checking in at the main gates are scheduled for each event.
  • Ensure all staff checking in at the Legends employee check-in are in uniform and clocked in.
  • Assign all checked-in employees to their location based on the grid provided by the Staffing Manager.
  • Ensure employees are in proper uniform when checking in, and provide new uniforms and process paperwork when necessary.
  • Responsible for executing all planned employee incentive programs throughout the summer.
  • Assist the Staffing Manager with any necessary tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous supervising experience required within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Fast-paced problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Must have a valid Smart Serve.
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends when needed.
