We are looking for a bright and talented professional to join our team as a Staffing Account Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company's strategic marketing plan to drive new business.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Proactively develop a new portfolio of clients, sign new clients, develop a market presence, and establish a solid industry knowledge base.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of the business strategy.
  3. Provide advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities, focused on infrastructure.
  4. Oversee and lead sales and client engagement initiatives within the region.
  5. Provide guidance, performance management, and leadership to direct reports.
  6. Utilize data mining and networking to discover new leads.
  7. Confidently consult with prospects on the benefits and abilities of the organization.
  8. Set appointments with prospects to generate sales revenue and build customer loyalty.
  9. Prospect for business partners and follow up with sales calls.
  10. Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to closure.
  11. Coordinate the transfer of leads to appropriate sales team members when opportunities are identified.
Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new programs, processes, and technologies is essential. Candidates should be positive, driven, and professional in representing the company and its customers.

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive.
  • Experience working for large staffing services agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, Manpower, etc.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of sales cycles and lead generation approaches.
  • Self-motivated with high diligence and accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Ability to build trust, respect, and collaboration in all business relationships.
Conditions of Employment
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Willing to submit to a Level II background and security investigation, including fingerprinting.
  • Willing to undergo drug screening.
