TJX Canada is seeking a Staff Technology Operations Lead to join our Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio Team. In this highly visible role, you’ll influence strategic technology decisions, drive meaningful change, and help shape portfolio management practices that support TJX’s growth and success.

You’ll partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product and Stores Engineering to modernize store systems, implement monitoring standards, and drive continuous improvements in

• Experience with Azure Infrastructure.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Demonstrated ability in Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Experience with AppDynamics or similar APM tools for performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Act in a Lead Engineer capacity in modernizing front and back of stores systems by prioritizing, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Product and Stores Engineering teams to influence design, deployment, and support of software solutions.
• Develop and implement standards and tools for monitoring and analysis to increase organizational effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvements in process and operational efficiency by reducing operational burden.
