Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Management leader to drive Mobile Applications and Mobile SDK across teams. The ideal candidate will have a full-stack software and/or product development experience, leaning into deep technical knowledge while successfully communicating and influencing leaders, developers, and partners to land business-critical deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create and maintain technical schedules, priorities, and execution plans for multiple software product development programs crossing organizational boundaries
- Drive broad/deep cross-functional software programs internally and across partners
- Collaborate with and influence engineering, product and technical partners, including leadership and development teams, to achieve business and technical goals.
- Expertly manage stakeholder expectations, actively identifying, communicating, and mitigating dependencies and risks
- Ensure technical designs are properly evaluated for feasibility, scalability, and quality
- Provide strong leadership to unblock obstacles and rigorously prioritize
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Deep understanding of software architectures for Linux/Android-based embedded systems and electronics hardware
- Product development experience in computer engineering and/or electronics
- Expert in SW development methodologies and tools, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment
Bonus Skills
- Experience with iOS and/or Android development
- Cloud and/or Application layer development experience
- Direct experience in software defined vehicles HW/SW development
Pay Disclosure
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for British Columbia Based Applicants: 123,200CAD - 154,000 CAD (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
Benefits Summary: Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part-Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
