We're in search of a dynamic and talented Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Strategic Technical Program Management team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead large-scale, cross-organizational projects, product areas, and initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting exceptional streaming experiences for our customers, with a deep understanding of our product, its features, and the underlying cloud services and streaming technology. You possess a robust background in technical program management, with proven expertise in driving large-scale programs, effective communication, stakeholder management, risk evaluation, and organizational clarity. Navigating ambiguity and competing priorities is second nature to you enabling the organization to deliver our priorities.
As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will preempt bottlenecks, identify critical issues impacting customer experience, and maintain visibility with senior leadership at WBD. Your role demands exceptional judgment, negotiation skills, influence, technical acumen, analytical prowess, and leadership capabilities.

The Strategic Initiatives TPM team is a dynamic and collaborative team that aims to build a world-class technical program management team that will drive strategic and critical programs within DTC. We work across the Direct to Streaming organization and manage complex projects with precision, aligning with key company initiatives. We work with our engineering and business counterparts to develop technical expertise to deliver our products across the world, including global expansion of Max, overseeing planning, execution and launching critical features across all teams and stakeholders. As a Staff Technical Program Manager, your day-to-day activities will involve overseeing multiple technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, creating and managing detailed program plans for big ticket initiatives and providing leadership in helping teams quickly and effectively adapt to change, collaborating across functions to ensure timely delivery of dependencies, providing technical architecture guidance and support to product & engineering teams throughout project lifecycles, working with Product Managers to establish and create efficient backlogs, maintaining open communication channels with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders, providing regular program status to various stakeholders including executive sponsors, supervising and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards common goals.
