  2. Coordinate across engineering teams and non-engineering stakeholders through the full program lifecycle to plan requirements, identify risks, manage program schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
  3. Understand technical implementation at the architecture level, propose technical alternatives, ask clarifying questions, and develop domain and technical knowledge.
  4. Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with stakeholders.
  5. Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, communicate status to upper management, and engage teams to achieve goals.
What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of proven experience managing technical programs.
  • Passion for improving consumer finance.
  • Organized and strategic in collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ship on time.
  • Experience in managing strategic programs and fostering a remote-friendly culture.
  • Mentorship skills and ability to develop team members.
  • Proven success in driving large technology applications and distributed backend systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various teams.
