Job summary
General Motors is seeking a Staff Software Developer to set technical direction across the data platform for vehicle ECUs and cloud integration. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for control plane and data plane integration.
- Drive fleet management and configuration delivery for thousands of vehicles.
- Design and implement the unified logging infrastructure across vehicle software.
- Define SDK architecture, API versioning, and adoption by application teams.
- Lead software delivery on Android, Linux, and QNX across GM compute modules.
- Collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, privacy, and DevOps teams to enable production ECUs.
