A leading fintech company in Toronto is seeking a Staff Software Developer to lead engineering efforts in developing enterprise B2B applications. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of software engineering experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in C#, .NET, Python, and Go. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $179,000 to $210,000 CAD, along with bonus opportunities and equity.

We looking for a Staff Software Developer to join Robinhood & support the growth of the TradePMR team - Robinhood's acquisition group working on Enterprise B2B applications for financial advisors, working directly with end clients. The ideal team member is collaborative & strategically curious with experience operating cross functionally across an organization.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead a group of engineers in a full stack capacity while particularly focusing on Backend initiatives - leaning into designing, developing, and delivering the newest software applications.
As the Tech Lead for TradePMR Engineering, you will act as a technical leader, mentor, problem solver and coder to all engineering/product groups.
In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed.
