  • Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate closely with engineering teams, SRE, and product management to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our developer platform aligns with company goals.
  • Stay Current : Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and industry trends related to developer experience and productivity, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or a related platform engineering role, with a strong focus on developer productivity.
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI / CD pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Spinnaker).
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with developer tooling and ecosystems (e.g., Git, Docker, Kubernetes, various programming language build tools, static analysis tools).
  • Extensive experience with monitoring and alerting platforms, particularly Datadog, including dashboarding, alert configuration, and custom metric integration.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code principles (Terraform, CloudFormation) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse technical teams.
