Job summary

BeyondTrust, Inc. is hiring a Staff Software Development Engineer to advance our cloud-native workload credentials management solution within the BeyondTrust platform.

You will design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based services, leading architecture discussions and delivering secure, enterprise-grade features. You will collaborate across engineering and non-engineering teams, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready, cloud-based systems.
• 4+ years of professional Go experience in production environments; C# or OO languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of modern design patterns and trade-offs in cloud-native architectures.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from design to production release.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack platform components and services.
• Deliver a high-quality UX for complex web-based enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership on projects of increasing complexity.
