Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. Running a small business today isn’t like it used to be—the way we consume and deliver service is changing rapidly, technology is evolving, and customers expect more. That’s why we put the power and flexibility in their hands to run their businesses how, where, and when they want!

As a technical champion and force multiplier, you lead and mentor teams of exceptional engineers while collaborating closely with Product and Design partners to tackle complex technical challenges. Your expertise spans architecture, design, and hands‑on coding, allowing you to have a significant impact on the product and our customers. A portion of your time is allocated to "Staff Dev Projects," which may include cross‑team initiatives, work acceleration within your team, exploration of emerging technologies, addressing technical debt, or investing in the future of engineering at Jobber.
Using our engineering hiring process, we will explore the skills and qualifications you bring and match you with one of the teams currently hiring. Our hiring process includes a Talent team interview, a Hiring Manager interview, a take‑home challenge with a follow‑up Functional interview, and a Senior Leadership interview. If a team in particular excites you, feel free to mention it to your Talent Partner.
