We are excited to be looking for a strong, driven and empathetic Product Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will own key initiatives in our Agentic AI product team and lead the charge in shaping the vision of Agentic AI for our organization. You will be responsible for owning the product strategy, planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.

What you'll be doing...
  • Develop a compelling vision for Agentic AI within the enterprise ecosystem, aligning with our overall company strategy and market trends
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, identify emerging opportunities, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs, generate innovative ideas, and validate product hypotheses through user research and experimentation
  • Prioritize features, define product specifications, and create a roadmap that delivers exceptional user experiences and drives business value
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, GTM and CX teams to ensure successful product development, launch and enablement
  • Assess the performance of new capabilities against product success metrics and come to actionable conclusions for next iterations
  • Collaborate with product leadership to shape the long-term product vision and business direction
  • Represent the product internally and externally, communicating its value proposition and benefits to stakeholders and customers
What you'll bring to the table...
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a product manager, with a strong track record of launching successful cross-functional products in the tech industry, preferably in AI, data analytics or SaaS
  • Possess a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, with a keen interest in the latest advancements in Agentic AI
  • Strong understanding of and proven experience in managing the end to end product life cycle, and in agile/lean product management principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
  • Customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and influence colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are resilient and have a growth mindset
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another related field
  • Preferred: MBA, business degree or commercial management experience

The base pay range for this position in Canada is 120k-180k / year + bonus

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
