Job summary

Faire is seeking a Staff Product Engineer for the Brand pillar to tackle our toughest features, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and data teams. You’ll work at the pillar level, supporting different teams from quarter to quarter as priorities shift and balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and marketing to drive business success, oversee multi‑phase projects, and build features across Backend,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript and React/Next.js.
• Experience driving product improvements end to end.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design and marketing to drive business success.
• Oversee multi-phase projects across teams from concept to implementation.
• Build features across Backend, Frontend and Mobile stacks.
• Optimize web apps for performance and scalability.
• Mentor engineers on technical and product judgement.
