Zusammenfassung

Clio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team. This role is available to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US, with in-office Anchor Days in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.

You will lead end-to-end experience design across a zero-to-one product in the Judiciary space, shaping AI-powered, trustworthy experiences for courts and judges while collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences with trust and transparency.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and ship high-quality work.
• Strong product judgment aligning customer needs with strategy.

Aufgaben

• Define experience strategy and success metrics with Product and Engineering.
• Build deep customer intuition and translate workflows into decisions.
• Lead end-to-end design across multi-surface journeys from framing to prototyping.
• Shape long-term product vision and align teams through storytelling.
• Raise quality bar across the product ecosystem with cohesive experiences.
• Drive consistency via design patterns and design system evolution.
• Navigate ambiguity and facilitate cross-functional decisions.
• Mentor designers and elevate craft and strategic thinking.
• Partner with design leadership to uphold quality in your portfolio.
• Contribute to design culture and leadership forums.
