As a Staff Product Analyst, you are an all-rounder who thrives working on technical topics as well as delivering value through insights, presentation, and data visualization. Your extensive experience across technical and business topics enables you to work "end to end" with high quality and scalability, while also driving best practices within the Product Analytics community. Your impact spans HelloTech, proactively identifying common needs and pain points across teams and defining solutions to improve our workflows. While you are an individual contributor, you are a key owner of best practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage your teams’ data catalogue and delivery documentation.
• Collaborate technically with data product managers and data engineers to create reusable data products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and execute data-driven projects.
• Partner with senior product organization members (Product, Engineering, UX leads) to set strategic priorities and promote a culture of evidence-based decision making.
• Communicate insights clearly across the organization, emphasizing actionable takeaways to drive business growth.
• Analyze customer behavior and product performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience.
• Guide and mentor other Product Analysts, establishing best practices and supporting team growth.
• Review implementations across teams as a technical expert to continuously improve deliverables.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally with close collaboration with product teams.
• Expert-level SQL and Python skills for analysis and data manipulation.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience setting up and interpreting A/B experiments with product stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex problems and presenting findings clearly.
• Leadership experience in managing complex projects and mentoring team members.
• A proactive, change-oriented mindset.
• Outcome focus—able to translate business challenges into actionable insights and align stakeholders for value creation.
